There truly are not enough words to describe how amazing eternal paws was throughout the entire process. I normally go to another crematorium but they have become outrageously expensive and I knew when my cat died on a Sunday because it was considered after hours there would be an additional charge. After a Google search I found a ternal pause and I am immensely grateful that I did. I called Christine and I told her that my cat died and she had so much sympathy in her voice and she was so patient telling me the pricing and not pushing me to do anything that I couldn’t afford. I brought my cats body to her and she placed it on the table so I could get one last goodbye. Christine lit two candles and said a prayer for her soul. I’m not a very religious person but her doing that put my mind at ease that my cat was OK and she wasn’t in pain anymore. It was also an incredible feeling because when my previous cat died it was at the start of all of this Covid stuff and I was not able to get that last goodbye it was hand my cats body to somebody I don’t know and hope that they are in good hands. Christine allowed me that peace and that comfort and I can’t thank her enough for that. The urn is beautiful I wish I could’ve got something super nice and extravagant but with my budget it just wasn’t possible but Christine and her team made a custom plaque and it far exceeded my expectations. She made sure to get all of the colors of my cat which is an easy because she’s a calico when she clipped her fur and instead of just putting the fur in a tiny little envelope she put it in a little glass bottle and it looks so nice and so does the little paw print. I am so very thankful that I found her and I fully intend to use her for my dogs when it is their time and I will absolutely recommend her to everybody I know
