The unexpected passing of my cat, was devestating. We found Eternal Paws on Google and we were blown away by the experience that we had. I called and they were available to meet on my schedule. Not only were they sympathetic to my situation on the phone, but in person, the woman we met with was like an angel. The place itself, is very welcoming and she went thru the options with such care. The prices were reasonable and she offers payment plans with the understanding that this is an unexpected expense. Before leaving, she even set up my girl on a table with blankets and candles and we had a little funeral right there. I had no idea that was going to happen and it was honestly something I really needed, I just didn’t know it. Eternal Paws made the tragic loss of my pet, bearable. They really helped me thru it. If there comes a time where I need their services again, I would drive a thousand miles if I had to. The care, sympathy and compassion shown was beyond what I expected. I cannot express enough how this woman was like an angel to us. I would recommend a million times!
