Chris was terrific, she went above and beyond. It was 9:30 PM on a Saturday night when I called her, and they came to our house to pick up our military dog that passed away. Today she brought back to us his cremains along with a paw print. Chris worked with us in every way and was very reasonable in cost, we were satisfied and we will use Eternal Paws again. THANK YOU Chris, you helped us in a sad situation. Janice Crum
