We lost our fur baby unexpectedly, and were devastated. When we arrived we were welcomed by the sweetest woman. She sat with us while we cried, and walked us through every step of what was to come. The box we got our Dash back in is so beautiful. Along with all the other things you can get as keep sakes. If you lose a pet, and are thinking about this route, I highly recommend this place.
