I agree with so many who have left reviews. 5 stars is just not enough for these folks. I called Christine at 5 am completely distraught, and was met with kindness and understanding. My bunny of almost 13 years passed away last night, and this establishment has my utmost respect and gratitude. As I sit here typing, I’m exhausted from staying up all night, but am so grateful to have this service near the Akron. They are invaluable. Thank you Christine. ❤️❤️??
