True-ly going the extra mile

I didn’t expect such compassion and caring when making arrangements for my beautiful dog, True. But I got that and more! Eternal Paws, Christine, said she would meet me at my vet’s office 20 minutes after he was euthanized. Christine was there waiting for me when I came out. I watched her go and get True, she offered to let me follow her to say a final goodbye. I asked to do that the next morning and she was so gracious and kind in allowing me to do that. She spent several hours with me selecting the perfect urn, helping me with the inscription, and was ever so compassionate as I grieved. I felt cared for and I knew she understood my grief and cared greatly about meeting my needs emotionally and with his final arrangements. Her prices are lower than the others around. Her service and support were greater than I received when I made arrangements for my parents. I cannot recommend Eternal Paws and Christine highly enough, nor can thank enough for all she did for me.
