Thank you so much for the service that was provided to our family. You provided us with support, empathy and dignity, at a very sad time in our lives. You went above and beyond to support us through this tragic moment in our lives. Ali was a part of our family for 13 years, and we were able to bring her home due to the understanding, services and accommodation that Chris and Steve had provided to us. Thank you again.
