Chris was terrific, she went above and beyond. It was 9:30 PM on a Saturday night when I called her, and they came to our house to pick up our military dog that passed away. Today she brought back to us his cremains along with a paw print. Chris worked with us in every way and was very reasonable in cost, we were satisfied and we will use Eternal Paws again.
