We had a mixed experience with Eternal Paws. Overall it provided a much better environment than performing this service at a vet’s office. There was a pretty big mistake made with our pet’s remains, however after expressing our unhappiness they did offer some consolation. While we didn’t have the best experience, I am sure this is not representative of what most future patrons will receive.
