Private Cremation

A PRIVATE or INDIVIDUAL Cremation is a cremation procedure during which only one animal’s body is present in the cremation chamber during the cremation process. We believe it is the single approach in assuring your pet is cremated respectfully and guarantees that the remains you receive are only those of your pet.

Engraving

We offer personalization on the urns and jewelry items you would like to include. Engraving is optional, we’ll be happy to price items for you.

Splitting of Cremains

This option is when the cremated remains are divided for separate households, siblings..etc. This is common when it is a family pet that has passed and the family of separate households would like their own memorial.

After Hours Appointment

After hours means anytime after or before our regular business hours of 10am – 6pm, Monday – Friday. Please call (330) 944-7297 and make an appointment for an Eternal Paws representative to open and meet you at our facility.  Weekend  and evening care is available by appointment and does include an extra fee.

Transportation Services

We offer Home or Vet Office Pickup when you are in need. Home pickup is arranged between 1-3 hours of your call. Vet Office pickups are arranged same day or next day based on your preference and office hours of your vet. The fee for this service is based on distance we travel to your home or vet.  You are also welcome to meet us at our facility at anytime – You must call first to have an aftercare specialist available for your arrival. Witness of Cremation

At Eternal Paws Pet Cremation, pet owners are allowed to be present prior to and during the cremation of their animal and during the removal of the cremated remains from the chamber. An appointment is required. There is a service fee for this expedited care. We accept witnessing appointments M-F between 10am – 3:30pm.

Priority Cremation

Our standard turnover time is 4 days. An additional fee applies if you require a same or next day cremation. A same day cremation is possible if your pet is brought into our facility before 1pm, if not will be performed next day. Appointment required .

24 Hour Help Line

We can be reached by phone 24hrs at (330) 944-7297. Although our facility is closed to the public after 6pm, we do accommodate emergency appointments for care after hours. (Evening fee applies)

Memorial Services in our Chapel

If you feel you need to spend a little more time with your loved one or would like to have a memorial service, contact us for accommodations. A pet that has held such a special place in your life and your heart deserves nothing but the most honorable farewell.

For this very purpose, our facility provides a Chapel dedicated especially for these occasions. We have created a warm and tranquil haven in our very own facility where any pet parent can honorably give their respects and warmest farewells to their beloved pet. Online Memorial

This is a free service where you can upload a photo and memories of your beloved pet to be shared on our website with other pet families and shared on your social media pages with your close friends and relatives. This service is not limited to Eternal Paws clients, but also to the general public to those that wish to memorialize their pet and have no way to do so. Click here to view current memorials.
