I am so grateful to Eternal Paws. I needed someone on a Sunday, Christine was there. I only adopt seniors in need, so the final processes are very important to me, my final goodbye. They were wonderful – Steve and Christine when I dropped off my Horton, and Michelle when I picked him up. We had to deal with the shock of the passing of a stray kitten last summer and I found Eternal Paws online. I am so happy I did because less than a year later we had to make the heart wrenching decision to euthanize another kitten. I called her from metro and she was able to accommodate us immediately after his passing. Christine is so sweet and really helped us through these very difficult times. The prayer service helped us to say goodbye and I knew they were in good hands. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We were having to say goodbye to our sweet boy of 15+ years and my heart was breaking. I was trying to have an in home goodbye and was getting nowhere with any company I called, which just wrecked me even more. We decided we wanted to cremate Blackie and the minute I called Christine, she was reassuring and kind in how she would care for my boy once we said goodbye. She was willing to accommodate anything I needed and provided services on a Saturday which no one else would do. During the most difficult time we were overwhelmed and truly struggling … we called after hours confused, shocked , overwhelmed and deeply saddened by the sudden loss of our MaggieMae ! I contacted Christine prior to our beloved pets passing, as I knew it was going to be soon. She was very heartfelt and compassionate while explaining the process. The next night my dog passed. We didn’t know what to do as we didn’t want to leave him there all night. Christine met us at 11pm at night. Steve helped us carry our 115lb fury loved one in, they helped us choose the perfect urn, and said a prayer as we said goodbye to our boy. I knew he was in good hands when we left. We recieved him back home very quickly. This process is hard for any fur baby parents. Christine, Steve, and Michelle are a God send in these times of grief. Sunday morning July 25th. We woke up to find our sweet Abby had crossed over the rainbow Bridge. Once the shock eased, I started to look for a place to take her and Eternal Paws was the only one open. Once we got there, the owner couldn’t be more caring and understanding. She said a beautiful prayer while we said our final goodbyes. It was a very sad day for us but she really made it easy and stress free.

I contacted Eternal Paws based on the reviews others have provided online and I am extremely happy that I did. Our beloved lab of 13 years had her health deteriorate quickly. I contacted Christine just to inquire about the process, and her support and compassion was evident from the initial call. During one of our family’s hardest days, Christine made us feel comfortable knowing our dog was in good hands and would be cared for prior to and during her cremation. I can’t thank Eternal Paws enough for their responsiveness, preparation, and sympathy. I highly recommend contacting and utilizing Eternal Paws.

I will never go anywhere else again! This was the 2nd time I brought a pet to Eternal Paws that I had to have euthanized It is such a heart-wrenching time and Christine helped to make the devastation or blow a bit softer. She had such a tender heart giving me all the time I needed and offered suggestions with no pressure. Oh wow, and the huge selection of items on hand to choose from was incredible! Urns, pictures, gifts, jewelry and more with no ordering and waiting for it to come in. Again, I will never go anywhere else.

Everyone says and you too will be saying I wish i could give Eternal Paws more than 5 stars. After I read the reviews I decided to give Eternal Paws a call 3 days before the passing of Diamond, after just 5 minutes of talking to Mrs. Christine I knew i was at the right place. Eternal Paws cremation services did an excellent job with the family and Diamond which helped greatly during the very emotional and difficult process, their patience greatly relived our anxiety. In addition to attentive compassionate care and service we received various quality mementos containing Diamond ashes as well as an nice official certificate of individual cremation. Thank you Eternal Paws for helping us with Diamond’s transition across the Rainbow Bridge.

Losing a family is hard especially one that has an unconditional love for everyone and everything. The morning I lost Oni was one of the roughest I had to endure. It was a Saturday and none of the vet clinics were open near me. I had to search for somewhere to go because I didn’t want her just sitting out in the car until monday when a clinic opened. I found eternal paws through a Google search and couldn’t be more appreciative that I did. My boyfriend called them up as I was a complete wreck and I couldn’t talk on the phone. She was able to be there within hours of us telling her about what happened. She was kind, understanding, informative, sympathetic, but mostly she truly wanted to help the families bring their loved ones home as soon as possible. They have a huge variety of urns and many possible ways to honor your pet. Even though eternal paws is an hour away I will continue to go through them as long as I’m in Ohio. The fact they are open on the weekends is a blessing enough and another reason to continue to support the company and recommend anyone I know to go here.

One of our kitties who had been with us for over 17 years passed away in November 2020, and we began searching for cremation services in Portage and Summit counties, and happened to find Eternal Paws. I called the eternal Paws and talked to Christine who is the owner and operator of the cremation services at Eternal Paws, and I was impressed by how she answered my questions. We then proceeded to take the remains of our little girl in. I can state without any exaggeration that we were impressed by the establishment, how clean, organized and presentable it was, furthermore we were even more impressed by how Christine handled the services. She presented herself as a genuinely caring and conscientious professional.
I strongly recommend Eternal Paws under the ownership of Christine to anyone who is looking for a very professional, caring and courteous cremation service in a modern, clean and welcoming center.

My cat Little Girl passed away, though it wasn’t sudden and I knew it was coming I was still unprepared for it actually happening. When she passed it was during the COVID situation and also on a Sunday and I had no idea what to expect. I was able to bring her body in right away and was greeted by the friendliest face. She was so kind and sympathetic, she was the angel I needed in that moment. We sat at the table and discussed pricing and options and many extras they offer. The selection of items they had were beautiful. I wish I could have purchased a very nice urn however being single and doing everything on my own makes finances hard. The wooden box and engraved plate were very well made and beautiful. The price was less expensive than other places and since she died on a Sunday where other crematories added an “After Hours Charge” Eternal Paws did not, they understand death doesn’t have operating hours. After finances were handled her body was placed on a little table and she lit candles and said a prayer for Little Girl. I am not a religious person but in that moment I broke down and finally cried. I cried for Little Girl and I cried just knowing someone cared enough to help me say one last goodbye, a stranger helped me say goodbye more than my own family. I trusted leaving her body with them and knew she was in good hands. When I picked her up, the entire process was effortless. The fur and paw print were the perfect addition to her shelf filled with pictures and happy memories. I’ve used other crematories for pets and I will say I have never ever had an experience with them the way I had with Eternal Paws. I will never use any other company ever again. They go above and beyond and treat you better than family. There is no company like them out there.

We have had to use Eternal Paws twice in the last 14 months. Both times Christine was There when we needed her. She was very caring and compassionate and treated our pack members with dignity. I would highly recommend her services. Christine made things very easy for us at an extremely difficult time.

My canine Vinnie had been in declining health for a few months when I had seen a commercial for Eternal Paws. Late August his health basically took a nose dive. I was crushed when his veterinarian said the only option left. I called Eternal Paws and spoke to Christine before spending some time with my buddy and taking him in to the vet. I met with her in person prior to cremation to go over everything face to face. She took the time and interest in my speaking of Vinnie, which meant a lot to me. She’s also been (and still is) of assistance in finding other memorial items for past friends as well. It’s not something she stands to gain business from, just a good deed. It’s the type of caring service that seems to have disappeared. I’m grateful for the time, work, and compassionate consideration from Christine and Eternal Paws.

First of all if you’re reading this, your pet has probably passed away and I send all of my sympathy and condolences your way.

So back to the business at hand. I called in the middle of the night and the owner stayed on the phone with me and explained the whole process while being supportive the entire time. My dog passing was 100% unexpected and we were completely devastated but she took the time to help and care for our dog like he was their own. The prices are extremely reasonable and I felt comfortable with my baby in their hands the entire time. She made sure everything was meticulously perfect for us when we picked him up and also gave us great advice. I would recommend this wonderful service to EVERYONE. Please do yourself a favor and let them care for your pet.

Christine made the worst day of my life a little bit easier and less devastating. She was able to give my husband and I our final goodbye to our 10 year old German Shepherd in a private, peaceful way. Truly this is more of a funeral home than a simple crematorium.
There are so many options for urns, ecofriendly burials, memorial stones, and keepsakes. We were able to bring our boy home in less than a week and received updates via text and email.
My necklace with cremains took a couple weeks to return since it was a custom made piece from out of state. It’s beautiful and was well worth the wait to have a little piece of my Beardog close to my heart.

Eternal Paws Pet Cremation is a blessing. Very nice accommodating service, more than willing to meet with you after hours to receive your pet that had passed and moved on. I didn’t expect such compassion and caring when making arrangements for my beautiful dog, True. But I got that and more! Eternal Paws, Christine, said she would meet me at my vet’s office 20 minutes after he was euthanized. Christine was there waiting for me when I came out. I watched her go and get True, she offered to let me follow her to say a final goodbye. I asked to do that the next morning and she was so gracious and kind in allowing me to do that. She spent several hours with me selecting the perfect urn, helping me with the inscription, and was ever so compassionate as I grieved. I felt cared for and I knew she understood my grief and cared greatly about meeting my needs emotionally and with his final arrangements. Her prices are lower than the others around. Her service and support were greater than I received when I made arrangements for my parents. I cannot recommend Eternal Paws and Christine highly enough, nor can thank enough for all she did for me.

Losing a four-legged family member is truly gut-wrenching for animal lovers like me. I had used another local crematory in past years, but the last time I used them, something felt “off” and I had a horrible feeling that the remains I was given was not those of my beloved Scottish Terrier, Sophie. Eternal Paws was highly recommended to me by my good friend, Sue, so I called them. First, I was surprised to find out that they were located in Norton, where I also live! My heart broke into a million pieces when our 19 year old furbaby Sammy passed away on a weekend after a short illness. We contacted Christine and made arrangements to meet her at Eternal Paws on Sunday morning and I can’t say enough good things about her and the service she provided.

Besides accommodating us outside of normal business hours, she was compassionate, caring and treated us and our furbaby with dignity. She lit candles and said a prayer for our little Sammy. She let us take the time that we needed and never once rushed us and was incredibly sensitive to our needs.

Eternal Paws has a very nice selection of urns and keepsakes, their prices are very affordable, and it only took a few days to receive Sammy’s ashes.

Christine truly understands the grief of losing a beloved pet and does everything she can to provide a peaceful and dignified way to say goodbye to your furbaby.

Christine is so kind and so gentle. We took our Cinnamon to her in a cardboard box (just what we had on hand at the time) and Christine took the time to take her out and arrange her so we could say our goodbyes. Christine worked with our budget and was so gentle with our loved little pup. She was careful and gentle and I could not recommend her and her services more. Even the services offered in the package we got (a pressed paw print and ink paw prints) were done with care and made to be beautiful reminders of our Cinnamon.

My chihuahua, Booboo, went to sit on God’s lap a few days ago. I had met representatives from Eternal Paws at Bark In The Park this summer. They were very nice. So I called them to let them know when I’d be taking Booboo to the vet and what I wished done. They picked his body up from there and handled him with care and respect. I picked up his cremaines 2 days later. It’s a very nice place and reasonable. Many different services are offered. Check them out.

Took my Haley there today. The owner is very kind and compassionate. Reasonable prices compared to others in area. I will use their services again, but hopefully not soon.

My Dog died early Sunday mornings at home. Didn’t know what to do called Christine at like 6 Am. She was very kind and meet me at 1030 that morning. Made a terrible day easier.

Extremely accommodating! This company actually puts customer and feelings over making a quick buck. Called multiple other places who told me to wait. Eternal paws told me I could bring her same night even though they were having a family event. They truly care and I’d recommend nobody else.

Christine offered an invaluable service during our time of need. She was kind, compassionate, professional, and efficient. Now that we know about her services, we won’t be going anywhere else in the future. Her hours of operation are the best out there. No one should have to worry about what to do with their pet when they pass away outside of business hours.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this place. They are amazing. They are quick, and the price was more than reasonable. Hands down, this is the place you want to go. It makes a difficult time easier.

Eternal Paws was there for me at one of the most unfortunate times in my family’s lives, our precious Yorkie “Cutie” was hit by a car. Christine came out the same day and picked my baby up, stood there and let me ball my eyes out to her!!! She has a fantastic facility and had my baby back to me within a couple days!!
