I contacted Christine prior to our beloved pets passing, as I knew it was going to be soon. She was very heartfelt and compassionate while explaining the process. The next night my dog passed. We didn’t know what to do as we didn’t want to leave him there all night. Christine met us at 11pm at night. Steve helped us carry our 115lb fury loved one in, they helped us choose the perfect urn, and said a prayer as we said goodbye to our boy. I knew he was in good hands when we left. We recieved him back home very quickly. This process is hard for any fur baby parents. Christine, Steve, and Michelle are a God send in these times of grief. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
