Losing a four-legged family member is truly gut-wrenching for animal lovers like me. I had used another local crematory in past years, but the last time I used them, something felt “off” and I had a horrible feeling that the remains I was given was not those of my beloved Scottish Terrier, Sophie. Eternal Paws was highly recommended to me by my good friend, Sue, so I called them. First, I was surprised to find out that they were located in Norton, where I also live! Next, after talking and meeting Christine, it just felt “right.” She was compassionate and caring, and the place inside was warm and welcoming. As a business owner, Christine went above and beyond to help me during several difficult times in my life. I knew in my heart that she would treat my dear animals with respect, dignity and caring. It is difficult times like this when you want your cherished pet in the hands of someone you can trust…Christine is that person.
